I’m a textile designer and maker, passionate about preserving the traditional craft of hand embroidery and reclaiming value in the discarded.
With a background in Textile Design and Material Futures, I have developed a connection to the stories behind materials - where they come from, how they’re used, and where they might end up. This perspective inspires me to reimagine waste materials into pieces that are more precious.
Specialising in intricate hand embroidery, I take pride in an attention to fine details, and the time spent creating things by hand. Central to my practice is a desire to create high-quality work that’s rooted in greater sustainability. Whether through hosting slow craft workshops or small-scale experimentation, I’m often exploring alternate materials and ways to encourage creativity.
